Celtic Music Radio

A new dimension for the 8th Scottish International Piano Competition 5th-15th September 2007.

SIPC are delighted to announce that Celtic Music Radio (CMR) on FM106.6, which can be heard within the metropolitan Glasgow area, will be broadcasting the full range of competition events held in the RSAMD.

Celtic Music Radio broadcasts from the Hunter Centre for Entrepreneurship at the University of Strathclyde and is a unique University venture within the UK.

This is an exciting new dimension for the 8th Scottish International Competition. Whilst the Board of SIPC appreciate the sponsorship and support provided by the University of Strathclyde and Bluthners a special thanks must go the University of Strathclyde’s IT support team whose many long hours working behind the scenes, has made this concept a reality.

Equally exciting is the further dimension offered through linking to the CRM broadcasts from this site.
